pulyCAFF® ColdBrew “Liquid”

Description

Complete detergent for cold coffee equipment and dispensers

Rinsing the circuits of cold brew dispensing equipment is not sufficient to remove the oily film that coffee deposits on the surfaces. A specific detergent must be used: pulyCAFF® ColdBrew “Liquid” ensures complete removal of coffee traces and leaves no residue.
It is certified by the NSF International – National Sanitation Foundation – the stringent US organization protecting public health, and formulated with raw materials recognized by the USFDA – U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Thus, it is capable of cleaning while respecting the operator, the environment, and the parts it comes into contact with.
Its daily use improves the machine’s performance, restores the texture of the foam, and enhances the typical aromatic notes of this cold extraction, guaranteeing hygienic safety.

Cleaning tips

In a café setting, cold brew is the classic cold extraction of coffee that should be presented with pleasant aromatic and flavor components.
The circuits for its dispensing, including cold brew dispensers, remain in contact with the liquid for extended periods, resulting in potential hygiene issues. The periodic use of pulyCAFF® ColdBrew “Liquid” enhances the foam texture and the typical aromatic notes of this extraction, ensuring hygienic safety. Its effectiveness is confirmed by numerous tests conducted, which show the total elimination of pollutants (UNI EN 13727-2014 standard).
