Internal circuits – Daily cleaning
Cleaning
- pour 25 ml of pulyCAFF® ColdBrew “Liquid” in a basin with 500 ml of hot water
- open the dispensing tap
Rinsing
- pour 2 liter of potable cold water in a basin
- open the dispensing tap
Brewing group soaking – Daily cleaning
Cleaning
- pour 25 ml of pulyCAFF® ColdBrew “Liquid” in a basin with 500 ml of hot water
- place the machine’s components in the basin and let them soak for 20 minutes
Rinsing
- rinse twice with potable water
- let the components dry
